Update requirements and reanalyse

https://api.joinpopp.com/v1/analyses//update-requirements-and-reanalyse

Replaces all requirements on the analysis and triggers re-analysis of existing candidates. Requirements with an ID are updated, without an ID are created, and existing requirements not in the array are deleted. Only DRAFT or LIVE analyses can be updated.
