Returns 202 once queued; the outcome arrives as the CANDIDATE_PROCESSING_STARTED, CANDIDATE_PROCESSING_COMPLETED and CANDIDATE_PROCESSING_FAILED webhooks. Each re-parse runs a full extraction.
